WHEELER, John, late of Fairfield, Apl. 3, 1700, agreement between his heirs dated, Viz: his widow Elizabeth Wheeler, and children John, Joseph, Thomas, Jonathan, a minor, and Hannah. Elizabeth Wheeler signed for herself and also guardian for Jonathan, David and Ann. Witnesses Philip Lewis, Elizabeth Comstock, and Robert Turney. Page 206.

Apl. 4, 1700, the court appointed Elizabeth Wheeler guardian for her children Ann, Jonathan, and David, page 207.
