  lott in the little plaine and that at the little fort and halfe that at wequanuck as he and Solomon have divided it, and the
  great pasture lott and half of the swamp at the upper mill dam, Record unto my Brother Samuell Tracy the parcels
  following that was my fathers, one parcel that lyeth at the Indian burying place, and that in the little meadow, also the
  pasture ajoining to Thomas Sluman and the meadow in the little boggy meadow, and that at potapauge, Record to
  Solomon one third part of our fathers home lott and the lott ajoyneing to wowegquoas hill in the little plaine and three
  parcels at wequanuck as they are divided between Solomon and Daniell and halfe the mill swamp and unto my three
  Brothers Solomon, and Daniell and Samuell to each of them theire proportion answerable to theire lands here
  mentioned of the commons or of any allotments yet to be laid out, by me administrator of my deceased fathers estate,

  sufficient room round the sd swamp upon the upland to carry out the timber and to transport and cart away the sd
  timber upon the most feaseable ground for it with a sufficient and most convenient carway unto the lands of the sd
  Richard Bushnell, John Tracy, Soloman Tracy and Daniell Tracy the sd swamp lyeth on the eastward side of quinabage
  River eastward or northeastward from the lands of the men above mentioned at pigscomsit within halfe a mile of the

  west side of Quenabaug River bounded also 7a I have lying at the saw mill on the east side of Shoutuckit within the

  2a:431 Norwich 6th of October 1684 Know all men by these presents that I Nath-
  aniell Parks of Norwich in the colony of conecticutt and the county of New
  London doe bargaine sell and make over unto Nathaniell Leffingwell of
  the same Towne colony and county the house lott which was formerly
  Josiah Rockwells deceased with the house and orchard and all the ap-
  purtenances belonging thereunto and also three other parcels of Land
  which I bought all of them att the same time, with the house and or-
  chard, the orchard land about the house being five acres more or less,
  one parcel more of meadow four acres more or less, another parcell be-
  ing fifteen acres of upland more or less, and another parcel being six
  acres more or less of upland lying neere the mouth of the river Shout-
  uckitt with a grant which I had given me by the Town of Norwich which
  is yet unmeasured, all which severall parcels of land lyeth over Shoutuckitt
  on the east side the river. I the sd Nathaniell Parks doe by these pre-
  sents bargaine sell and make over unto the sd Nathaniell Leffingwell the
  severall above mentioned parcells of land with all the privilidges and ap-
  purtenances thereunto belonging to him his heirs executors and assignes.
  To have and to hold to possess and injoye as his or their own
  forever. In consideration of a considerable vallue already in hand and
  the rest to be payd according to bill given under his hand, for the time
  and specia and also to pay him Twenty shillings in Lue of an acre
  of Land that he should have broken up for the sd Nathaniell Parks
  and for the true performance hereof I doe bind my heires executors &
  assignes, the severall bounds of these lands may be understood by the
  Records of Norwich as they were Recorded to Josiah Rockwell and here
  unto I have sett my hand the day and yeare above written.
