CHAPMAN, Albart, late of Fairfield, inventory Dec. 30, 1747, by Captain Edward Jesup and John Andrews, verified by Daniel Chapman, Phineas Chapman and Dennie Chapman, administrators, and filed Aug. 15, 1748, page 512.

CHAPMAN, Daniel, Rev., late of Fairfield, will dated S-ept. 20, 1741, probated Feb. 12, 1741/2, mentioned his wife Grizel, and children Daniel, Phinehas, Dennie [s?], Albert, John, Mary, and Elizabeth Chapman; legacies to Frederick Dikeman, Sarah wife of Ephraim Nickolls, Sarah Fince, and Margaret Batison. Executors his sons, Daniel, James and Dennie of Fairfield, and Captain Samuel Cluxstone of Norwalk. Witnesses Moses Dickinson, Thomas Nash and Daniel Frost, page 105.

CHAPMAN, Richard, late of Stratford, will dated Apl. 22, 1741, probated July 7, 1741, mentioned his wife, Sarah, and daughters Dorothy White, Sarah Johnson, Elizabeth Salter, Martha French, Mary Curtiss, Ann Hawley, and Ruth Chapman, sons Hope, Daniel and Benjamin.
