Executor his brother Major John Burr. Witnesses Peter Burr, Samuel Burr and Thomas Hanford, page 139. Inventory taken Dec. 11, 1722, by Peter Burr and Gideon Allen, and filed Feb. 5, 1722/3, page 142.

BURR, Peter, Major, late of Fairfield, inventory taken Feb. 18, 1724/5, by Captain John Osborn, Thomas Hill, and Andrew Burr, and filed May 11, 1725, by his widow Sarah Burr, and eldest son, Thaddeus Burr, administrators, page 168 and 169. Feb. 28, 1725/6, account filed and estate ordered distribution by Major John Burr, Captain Moses Dimon, and Ezekiell Sanford, to his widow, who is now the wife of Hon. Jonathan Law of Milford, and children Thaddeus, Gershom, Abigail, and Eunice Burr, page 170.

BURR, Samuel, late of Charlestown, Mass., will dated May 2, 1717, mentioned his wife Elizabeth and children Sarah, Rebecka, John and Samuel, and his wife's great grandfather Stedman. Executrix his wife Elizabeth Burr. Witnesses Thomas Taylor, Barnabas Davis, and William Teel, page 86.
