BUCKINGHAM, Jedediah, in the Provence of the New Jersey, in the County of Essex, July 30, 1719, released Samuel Marvin of Norwalk for moneys in his hands belonging to my wife, as her guardian. Witnesses Samuel Hanford and Samuel Comstock, page 100.


BUCHINGHAM, Jedediah, late of Norwalk, will dated Mch. 28, 1720, probated May 5, 1720, mentioned his wife Mary, son William and brother Thomas Buckingham. Executor his brother Samuel Buchingham. Witnesses Samuel Comstock, John Copp, and John Marven, page 100. Inventory taken Feb. 7, 1720/1, by Samuel Hanford and Samuel Marvin, and filed Feb. 7, 1720/1, and mentioned only son William Buckingham, page 121.


BULKLEY, Joseph, Sr., late of Fairfield, Jan. 6, 1719/20, letters of administration on his estate granted to his son Joseph Bulkley, page 76. Inventory taken Jan. 11, 1719/20, by Moses Dimon and Samuel Hubbell, and filed Jan. 19, 1717/20, page 76. Jan. 20, 1719/20, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to his widow Martha Bulkley, and children Joseph, Peter, Daniel, Thomas, John, and Sarah Bulkley, page 77. Jan. 19, 1719/20, John, a son of decedent, made choice of his mother, Martha Bulkley, to be his guardian, page 77.


BURR, Abigail, late of Fairfield, widow of Daniel burr, Nov. 22, 1720, letters of administration on her estate granted to Ensign John Andrus and her son Sergeant Samuel Burr, page 96. Inventory taken Nov. 23, 1720, by Gideon Allen and Peter Burr, and filed Jan. 25, 1721, page 96. Jan. 25, 1721, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Major Peter Burr and Lieut. Gideon Allen of Fairfield to her children, on son Samuel, and three daughters Hellinah, Deborah, and Mahitabell, who are deceased. Their children being Hellinah's John, Abigail, Hellinah, Daniel, and Ebeneazer Andrus: Deborah's Sarah, Abigail, Joseph, Daniel, and Nathaniel Perry: Mahitabell's one daughter Mahitabell Strong: and an appeal taken by Samuel Burr, John Andrus and Joseph Perry, page 96. Mch. 14, 1721, account filed, and estate distributed to her only son Samuel, to John Andrus husband of Hellinah, a deceased daughter, and guardian of her (continued on page 245).
