SEELY, John, late of ____, son of John Seely, deceased May 8, 1722, the court ordered the land devised to his by his father to be divided by Lieut. Richard Hubbell and Gideon Hawley between the surviving brothers, Viz; Joseph Seely and David Seely, page 164.


SEELY, Jonas, Sr., late of Stamford, Mch. 12, 1705, on the testimony of John Holly, a son of Increase Holly of Stamford. John Sloson, ae. about 60 yrs, and of Dr. Jacob Meen, will refused probate, and on Mch. 27, 1705, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Mary Seely and Jonathan Sloson, page 66.

Inventory taken Mch. 5, 1704/5, by David Waterbury, and Daniel Scofield Sr., and filed Mch. 12, 1704/5, page 66.

Mch 27, 1704/5, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Stephen Bishop and Daniel Scofield to his widow and children, no names, page 66.

Feb. 15, 1721/2, from the testimony of Ebeneazer, one of the children of decedent, it appears that three children have died, Viz: Jonas, Martha, and Susannah, and estate ordered distributed by John Hait, John Slawson, Sr., Stephen Bishop, and Daniel Scofield to his widow Mary, and children Ebeneazer, Nathaniel, and Eliphalet, Samuel, and Sarah have had their portions, page 64a.

Apl 16, 1723, account filed and the administrators discharged, page 65a.


SEELY, Nathaniel, late of Fairfield, will dated Apl. 5, 1703, probated Apl. 13, 1703, mentioned his wife Hannah, and son Nathaniel. Executor brother John Odell. Witnesses Nathan gold and John wakeman, page 27a.
