DENNY, Albert, (continued from page 162), court appointed said Lieut. Joseph Wakeman to be guardian of James, another son of decedent, page 123.

June 16, 1714, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Major Peter Burr and Deacon John Thompson to the children as aforesaid, page 123.

June 22, 1714, estate distributed to his children Jon, Grissell, and James, decedent owned 1/6 part of Nathaniel Sely's common, 1/3 part of Richard Ogden's common, and land bought of Jonathan Morehouse, page 302.

Nov. 29, 1716, Captain Joseph Wakeman of Fairfield released as guardian of James and John Denny and Grissell Denny, sons and daughter of decedent appointed in his place, page 223.


DIBBLE, Zachariah, late of Stratford, died Oct. 29, 1712, and on Dec. 3, 1712, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Sarah Dibble, page 108.

Inventory taken Dec. 3, 1712, by John Dean and Jonas Weed, mentioned his widow Sarah, and children Zachariah, ae. 14 yrs 16 July; John, ae. 12 yrs 22nd last Oct; David, ae. 10 yrs 19th next Feb; Ebeneazer, ae. 7 yrs 18th next July; Reuben, ae. 4 yrs 2nd last Oct; and Benjamin, ae. one yr 11th last June; and filed Dec. 3, 1712, page 108.

Feb. ? 1715/6, Reuben, a son of decedent, the court appointed Jedediah Canfield to be his guardian and also appointed Sarah Dibble guardian of her children David, Ebeneazer, and Benjamin, page 367.

Apl. 4, 1716, Zachariah and John, sons of Decedent, made choice of their mother, Sarah Dibble, to be their guardian, page 339.


DICKERSON, Thomas, late of Stratford, Feb. 3, 1713/4, Cibill Dickerson, a daughter of decedent, and Daniel, a son of decedent, made choice of Richard Whitnee to be their guardian, page 276 and 377.


DISBRO, Thomas, late of Fairfield, Apl. 24, 1707, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Mercy and son Thomas, page 140.

Inventory taken Feb. 20, 1706/7, by Isaac Sherwood,Sr., Samuel Stuard, and John Sherwood, and filed Apl. 24, 1707, pages 140 and 148.
