BANKS, Benjamin, late of Fairfield, June 12, 1706, estate distributed by Moses Dimon, and John Hide, as per order of Mch. 29, 1703/4, to his children Viz: Benjamin the meadow that was his father's and part of his grandfather's long lot; to Joseph land at Hawkins Point, land near John Smith's land in Jacque Field, except what is distributed to Abigail Banks, and remainder of the land at Fairfield; to Elizabeth Davis, eldest daughter; and to Abigail, page 90.


BANKS, John, late of Greenwich, May 4, 1703, account filed by his widow Abigail Banks, administratrix, and estate ordered distributed by Thomas Close and Thomas Marshall to his widow and Children: four sons and two daughters, no names, and his widow Abigail Banks, appointed guardian of his youngest son John; Mercey a daughter of decedent, made choice of her mother Abigail Banks to be her guardian, and the court appointed Joseph Banks guardian of his brothers Daniel and Samuel, other children of decedent, page 393.

Dec. 17, 1737, Mary Marshall and Thaddeus Marshall acknowledged the receipt of their share in the estate of our honored father Joseph Banks, deceased, page 355.
