TURNY, Benjamin, son of Captain Turney, died at Stamford, ae. about 19 yrs, and the inventory of his estate taken Apl. 29, 1698, by Nathaniel Bur and Thomas Murwan. Samuel Wilson to distribute his estate to the surviving children of Captain Turney, deceased. page 173.

TURNY, Joseph, of Stratford, marriage agreement dated Mch. 23, 1691, with Mary Hait of Stamford, Lately wife of Joshua Hait, deceased. Witnesses Jonathan Bell and Joseph Bishop, page 224.

WAKE, Widow, late of Fairfield, Nov. 3, 1691, probate of her will refused, and letters of administration on her estate granted to Jonathan Morehouse, and Thomas Dickerson, page 50.

Inventory taken Aug. 3, 1691, by John Gruman, Thomas Dickerson, and Jonathan Morehouse, and filed Nov 3, 1691, page 49.

Nov. 9, 1691, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to her grandchild Charles Lane, to her son in law's children, to Mary daughter of deceased and her daughter, page 50.

WAKEMAN, Ebeneazer, late of Fairfield, Dec. 2, 1691, letters of administration on his estate granted to his father Samuel Wakeman, page 76.

Jan 16, 1692, Samuel Wakeman being now deceased, the court appointed Sergeant John Wakeman, administrator, page 76.

Dec. 2, 1691, the estate ordered distributed to his brothers and sisters, page 76.
