Nov. 22, 1710, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to his widow and children, a son and a daughter, and an appeal taken by Ager Tomilson to the Court of Assistants at Hartford, and appeal overruled, page 101.

THORN, Frances, late of Greenwich, died Dec 22, 1690, and on Mch. 10, 1690/1, letters of administration on his estate granted to Captain Jonathan Sillick and Sergeant Daniel Westcoat, page 97.

Inventory taken by John Mead, Jr., and Jonathan Renolds, and filed Mch. 10, 1690/1, page 97.

TOMSON, John, Jr., late of Stratford, May 30, 1690, mentioned legacies to Mary and Ester Hurd the children of John Hurd, Sr., and to William, Jonathan and Sarah curtis, the children of Jonathan and Abigail Curtis, now therefore, we Sarah Hurd, widow of John Hurd Sr., and Abigail Hurd the mother of said William, Jonathan and Sarah curtis, here received of our brother Ambrose Tomson of Stratford our portion of said estate, also legacy to the child of Mathew Mathew Mitchell, and Mathew Mathew Mitchell has received of his brother Ambrose Tomson his child's portion, also legacy to John Hurd, Isaac Hurd, Sr., and Abigail curtis the child of Jonathan Curtis have received our portion in the estate of John Thompson, Jr.,., John Thompson, Sr., and Marabel Tomson and reliance leased our brother Ambrose Tomson. Witnesses Joseph curtis and Samuel Sherman, page 1b.

TURNY, Benjamin, of Fairfield, Feb. 14, 1698, has had quiet possession of land at Fairfield on the east end of the street bounded on the Southeast by land of Ruth Bouton, on the northeast by land of Joseph Middlebrook, and the heirs of Joseph Whelpley, Etc. page 82.

TURNEY, Benjamin, late of Fairfield, died in 1694, and on Nov. 28, 1694, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Rebecka Turney and his son Benjamin Turny, page 121.
