BANKS, Obediah, late of Fairfield, will dated Feb. 12, 1690, probated Mch. 27, 1691, devised to my cosen Joseph Banks, a son of my brother John Banks, the house at Fairfield, formerly part of Major Gold's pasture; legacies to sister Mary Taylor, brother Benjamin Banks, and his two eldest sons Benjamin and Joseph; brother Samuel Banks, Rebeckah a daughter of Sergeant John Wheeler, deceased, late of Fairfield, and legacy to Hager, the Negro.
