ALLIN, Henry, Late of Stratford, Nov. 8, 1690, letters of administration on his estate granted to Samuel Sherman of Stratford, page 41.
Inventory taken Sept. 20, 1690, by Samuel Sherman and Samuel Hawley, verified by his widow, and filed Nov. 8, 1690, page 41.
Nov. 10, 1690/1, account filed and estate ordered distributed by Ephraim Stiles and Lieut. Ager Tomlison to his widow and children, two sons Henry and John, and two daughters, no names, page 41.

APLEBE, Thomas, Late of Woodbury, who was killed at Albany in the service under command of Captain Johnson against the enemy, inventory taken June 14, 1690, by John Miner, Isaac Curtis, John Sherman, and John Mitchell, and filed Mch. 10, 1690, page 29.

APPLEGATE, John, and Joseph Sturges, Mch. 22, 1681, fined for a contention speech to the grand Jurymen, page 1.

BANCKS, Benjamin, Late of Fairfield, will dated Mch. 21, 1691/ 02, probated Mch. 12, 1694/5, mentioned his wife Elizabeth, and children, Benjamin, Joseph, Elizabeth, and Abegaile: father John Bancks. Executors brother Daniel Bur the son of John Bur of Fairfield,
Witnesses Josiah Harvey and John Wakeman, page 118.
Nov. 1, 1692, owing to delay in probate letters of administration on his estate granted to Daniel Bur and Samuel Roberson, page 118.
Inventory taken July 5, 1692, by Josiah Harvey, John Thompson, and Thomas Staples, mentioned his children Benjamin, ae. 13 yrs, Joseph, ae. 4 yrs, Elizabeth, ae. 9 yrs, and Abigaile, ae. 5 yrs; and filed Mch. 12, 1694/5, page 118.
Mch. 12, 1694/5, Daniel Bur refused to act futher, and William Robinson, who married the widow of testator, was appointed in his place, page 118.
Mch. 29, 1703, the court ordered Benjaman Banks, a son of Testator, to take charge of the whole estate and report, and released William Roberson, administrator, from paying the debt due to the estate of John Smith, deceased, page 211.

BANKS, John, Late of Greenwich, died July 14, 1699, and on Nov. 8, 1699, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Abigaile Banks, page 191.
Inventory taken Aug. 10, 1699, by Jonathan Renolds, Robert Lockwood, and Jonathan Mead, and filed Nov. 8, 1699, page 191.
