WALLER, Joseph, late of_____, Dec. 26, 1672, Lidia Waller, widow and administratrix of the estate of her husband Joseph Waller, deceased entered into a marriage agreement with John Daves. Witnesses Nathan Gold and William Hill, page 315.

WATERBURY, John, late of Stamford, will dated Nov. 11, 1688, died Nov. 28, 1688, probated Dec. 14, 1688, mentioned his wife Mary and children John, David, Thomas, and Mary, all minors. Overseers brothers Jonathan Waterbury and David Waterbury. Witnesses Jonathan Bell and Joseph Bishop, page 262.
Inventory taken Dec. 7, 1681, by Jonathan Bell and Peter Ferris, verified by his widow Mary Waterbury, and filed Dec. 14, 1688, page 262.
