UFFORD, or UFFOOT, Frances, late of Stratford, widow of Thomas Ufford, Jan. 2, 1683, letters of administration on her estate granted to Samuel Sherman Jr., Sergeant Jehiel Preston, and Zachary Fairchild, page 109.
Inventory taken Jan. 2, 1683/4, by John Wels, and Samuel Hawley, and estate ordered distributed to John Kilburn of Weathersfield, a brother: to the children of Margaret Lawes, a sister; Liddia wife of Robert Howard, a sister; and Mary wife of John Root, a sister, filed Jan. 2, 1683/4, page 109.

UFFORD, or UFFOOT, Thomas, late of Stratford, will dated May 17, 1683/4, mentioned his wife Frances, devise to cousin Samuel Uffoot, a son of his brother John Uffoot of Milford, and in case of the death of said Samuel the device to go to his brother's next younger son, and then to all his children; and legacies to Isreal Chancy and brother Roger Terrill. Executors his wife and Jonathan pitman. Overseers Samuel Sherman, Jr., Jehiell Pitman, and Zachary Fairchild, Witnesses Robert Lane and John Zachary Fairchild. Witnesses Robert Lane and John Coe, Page 55.
Jan. 2, 1683/4, widow now deceased, and Mr. Pitman renounced letters to Joseph Curtiss and James Judson, page 105.

USHER, Robert, late of Stamford, Mch. 20, 1672/3, John Jagger guardian of Jonathan Jagger, released John Holly and Jonathan Sellick overseers of the children of deceased, on account of the payment of said Jonathan's portion of said estate, page 46.
NOTE: Jonathan Jagger was the son of Jeremiah Jagger, deceased.
