STILES, Thomas, late of Stratford, (a son of Sarah, the deceased wife of Robert Clarke) Oct. 24, 1683, Isaac Bennett, ae. about 28 yrs, gave testimony as to a verbal will, he being at the bed-side of deceased three days before his death, mentioned his father Robert Clarke, Brother Benjamin Stiles and his son Francis, brother Samuel Stiles, brother Ephraim Stiles, brother and sister Hope Washburn and Mary his wife, page 122.

Edward, marnier, of New London, Apl. 7, 1683, gave part of his brigateen " Edward and Margaret", about 20 tons, to his son in law Pascce Foot of New London, marnier, as a marriage portion, he having married my daughter Margaret. Witnesses Simon Ryers and Samuel Moorhouse, page 312.
