SILLIMAN, Robart, late of Fairfield, will dated July 26, 1746, probated Aug. 10, 1748, mentioned his children Sarah wife of Samuel Hall, Martha wife of Nathaniel Burr, Rebecca wife of Ebenezer Jennings, Robart, Nathaniel, Ebenezer and Ann, grandson Samuel Sherwood. Executors his sons in law Samuel Hall, Ebenezer Jennings and Nathaniel Burr, page 488. Inventory taken Aug. 11, 1748, by John Silliman and Samuel Hull, and filed Oct. 4, 1748, page 489.

SMITH, Nathan, late of Norwalk, will dated Mch. 31, 1740, probated Apl. 20, 1740, mentioned his wife Mary, legacy to the Episcopal Church of Norwalk, remainder to his brothers and sisters, Sister Martha Reed, now deceased, her children to have her share, no names. Executors his wife Mary and Ralph Isaacs. Witnesses Edmund Waring, Michael Waring, and William Jarvis, page 83. Inventory taken May 5, 1740, by Captain Joseph Ketchum, Ensign John Raymond, and William Jarvis, and filed May 18, 1741, page 84.

SMITH, Samuel, late of Norwalk, will dated May 8, 1730, probated Dec. 3, 1745, mentioned his children Samuel, Nehemiah, Rachel, Lidia, Hannah, Ruth, and children of Sarah deceased daughter, no names. Executor his son Nehemiah. Witnesses Samuel Hanford, John Marvin, and Thomas Fitch, Jr., page 291.

SQUIRE, John, late of Fairfield, will dated Apl. 5, 1745, probated Apl. 5, 1748, mentioned his wife Sarah, and children Benjamin, Nathan, Thadeus, Sarah, Hannah, Elizabeth, and Abigail. Executrix his wife Sarah. Witnesses Thadeus Burr, Abigail Burr, his wife, and Sarah Burr, page 458.
