Owned property in Reading, Fairfield, and Stratford, Former wife Elizabeth, distribution agreement dated Nov. 14, 1732, between Joseph Webb of Newark, Essex County, N. J., Samuel Pumory and Elizabeth, his wife, of Newtown, Queens County, on the island of Nassau, N. Y., John Dennis and Sarah, his wife, Abigail Webb and Josiah Webb of Fairfield, said Josiah Webb, having received his share from his father the said Rev. Joseph Webb and his mother Elizabeth Webb, released all right, title and interest in said estate. Witnesses Mehetable Webb and Andrew Burr, page 318.

WELLS, Mrs., late of Stratford, will dated June 20, 1719, probated June 20, 1732, mentioned her daughters Mary Judson, Sarah Everet, children of her daughter Comfort Birdseye, Daughters Sarah Curtis, Hannah Carty, and Elizabeth. Executors her sons Jeremiah Judson and Nathaniel Curtiss. Witnesses Joseph Curtiss and Jonathan Pitman. Appeal taken by Thomas Wells and Robert Wells, both of Stratford. page 295.
