Samuel, Sr., late of Norwalk, will dated Oct. 23, 1738, probated Nov. 23, 1738, mentioned his wife Judith, and children Samuel, Joshua, Ephraim, Simeon, Mary wife of John Brown brother Thomas, and grandson Samuel Brown. Executors sons Samuel and Joshua, Ephraim and Simeon. Witnesses John Seymore, Joshua Sears and Uriah Rogers, page 462.
Inventory taken Dec. 4, 1738, by Danile Hayt, William Jarvis and Samuel Fitch, and filed May 1, 1739. page 464.

REE, Frances, Mrs. late of Stratford, will dated Aug. 9, 1739, probated Aug. 24, 1739, mentioned her son George Tiley in Stratford, daughter Frances Mur in Bristol in England, a son Edward Tiley in ye west Indies, Mary Benjamin, and Sarah Burch of Stratford. Executors John Thompson and William Thompson, both of Stratford. Witnesses Edward Booth, Samuel Prince and Abigail Titharton, page 478.
