Richard, Lieut, late of Stratfield, will dated Nov. 12, 1734, probated refused Aug. 8, 1738, appeal taken by Zachariah Hubbell, and will approved at the August term 1738, and ordered probated, mentioned his wife___, and children Peter, at Newtown, Ebenezer, Jonathan, Zachariah and to his son Phinas (grandson of testator), Richard, Eleazer, Nathaniel, Elizabeth, Margery, and Abigail, legacy to the Church of Christ in Stratfield. Executors his sons Richard and Zachariah. Witnesses Isreal Chauncey, William Hodsdan, and Robert Chauncey, page 441.
