WILSON, Joseph, late of Fairfield, Feb. 3, 1735/ 6, letters of administration on is estate granted to his widow Abigail Wilson, page 238.
Mch. 9, 1735/ 6, Sarah Wilson, a daughter of decedent, made a choice of her mother Abigail Wilson, to be her guardian; who was also appointed guardian of Abigail, Elizabeth, Ann and Samuel, other children of decedent, page 168.
May 5, 1747, Samuel gold, James Smedley and Robert Wilson, appointed to distribute his estate to his widow Abigail Wilson, and children, Samuel, Sarah wife of Daniel Perry, Abigail wilson, Elizabeth Wilson and Ann Wilson, page 313.
June 10, 1747, his widow Abigail Wilson, as guardian of Samuel Wilson, a minor son of decedent, allowed appeal from the order of distribution, at the request of Daniel Perry in right of his wife Sarah, a daughter of decedent. Page 315.
Aug. 4, 1747, his widow Abigail Wilson, and Daniel Perry of Fairfield have made choice of Samuel Wakeman, Samuel Hull and Samuel Gold, to distribute his estate instead of James Smedley and Robert Wilson, to his widow Abigail Wilson, and children Samuel, Sarah wife of Daniel Perry, Abigail Wilson, Elizabeth Wilson and Ann Wilson, page 318.
