TREADWELL,
Samuel, Jr., late of Stratfield, Aug. 21, 1735, Robert Treadwell of Fairfield, a son of decedent, conveyed to his brother Stephen Treadwell all his right, title, and interest in the distributive share of the estate of his father; and Stephen Treadwell conveyed to his brother Robert Treadwell of Fairfield all his right, title and interest in the distributive share of the estate of his father. Witnesses Josiah Treadwell and John Wheeler, pages 165 and 164.
