TAYLOR, Timothy, late of Danbury, Nov. 18, 1735, Jabez, and Eunice Taylor, children of decedent, made choice of their mother, Mary Taylor, to be their guardian, who was also appointed guardian of Elizabeth, Rebeckah, Oliver, and Thankful, other children of decedent, page 160.

TAYLOR, Timothy, late of Norwalk, Mch. 6, 1739/40, Elizabeth Taylor, a daughter of decedent, made choice of her uncle Nathan Taylor, to be her guardian, page 214.

THOMAS, John, late of Woodbury, Dec. 1, 1732, distribution agreement dated, between Jeremiah Thomas of Woodbury, Samuel Thomas of Waterbury, John Hurd, and David Leavensworth, both of Woodbury, and Robert Churcher of Fairfield: Ebeneazer Thomas also signed; mentioned Patience a sister of Robert Churcher, Witnesses Joseph Minor and Susanna Minor, page 112.
