STURGIS, Jonathan, late of Fairfield, Aug. 24, 1745, his widow, Jerusha Sturgis, asked to have her dower set out, opposed by Lathrop Lewis, executor, and dower ordered to be set out. Appeal taken, pages 291 and 292.

STURGIS, Joseph, late of _____, Jan. 31, 1732.3, James Smedley and Jane Smedley, his wife, of Fairfield, acknowledged the receipt from "Our brother Benjamin Sturgis, Jr., of Fairfield, the legacy which our father Joseph Sturgis gave to said Jane in his will, page 267.
May 7, 1739, also Mary Sturgis of Fairfield, as guardian of Mary Dimon of Fairfield, acknowledged the receipt from " My son Benjamin Sturgis of the legacy given to said Mary Dimon by the will of my deceased husband Joseph Sturgis, page 267.

STURGIS, Joseph, Jr., late of Fairfield, June 7, 1727, estate distributed by Gideon Allen and Samuel Burr, to Christopher, David, Jeremiah, Solomon, Sarah, Esther, Abigail, Jane, Deborah, and Benjamin, page 35.

STURGIS, Mary, widow, Feb, 4, 1728/9, appointed guardian of her granddaughter Mary Dimon, page 57.

SUMMERS, Samuel, late of Stratfield, Mch. 27, 1732, estate distributed to Joseph Booth and David Sherman to his widow, her part, and to Samuel Summers, David Summers, Nathan Summers, Daniel Summers and Jabez Summers, page 135.

SUNDERLING, Jeremiah, of Stratford, Nov. 24, 1749, Samuel Darling of New Haven, appointed guardian, page 392.

TAYLOR, _____, late of _____, Apl. 5, 1745, distribution agreement dated, between his children John, Abner, Noah Josiah and Ruben, page 290.
