Mch. 4, 1727/8, James Peat, and Sarah Peat acknowledged the receipt from their brother Samuel Osburn, administrator, of all their portion in the estate of their father said John Osburn, deceased. Witnesses Daniel Munson and Jonathan Curtis. Page 49.

OSBURN, John, late of Stratford, Feb. 16, 1727/8, John Osburn, and Mary Osburn, children of decedent, and Hannah Osburn, widow of decedent, acknowledged the receipt of all their portions of said estate. Witnesses Abraham Beardslee, and Thomas Gilbert, page 49.
Feb. 6, 1727,8, Ephraim Beardslee acknowledged the receipt of his wife's legacy. Page 49.

OSBURN, Joseph, late of Fairfield, Dec. 6, 1743, Nathan Osburn, of Fairfield appointed guardian of Peter a son of decedent; Sarah Osburn, Abigail Osburn, and Olive Osburn, daughters of decedent, made choice of Nathan Hubbell of Fairfield, to be their guardian, page 268.
Dec 5, 1747, Olive Osburn, received from her uncle Nathan Hubbell of Wilton, her guardian, full share, page 325.
