MALLERY, Stephen, late of Stratford, Mch. 3, 1746, Ogden and Phebe Mallery, children of decedent, made choice of their mother, Mary Mallery, widow of decedent, to be their guardian, who was also appointed guardian of Anna and Charity Mallery, other daughters of decedent, page 297.

Daniel, late of Greenwich, Oct 7, 1729, the court appointed Joseph Marshall guardian of Freelove Marshall, Nehemiah and Hannah Marshall, children of decedent, the widow, their mother, having declined to act, page 63.

Freelove, no date, distribution of her deceased father's estate by Thomas Marshall and Benjamin Mead, mother now living, Daniel Marshall, had part, page 185.
