Aug. 28, 1750, Elizabeth Gregory, widow of decedent, was appointed guardian of her son David Gregory, she being unsuitable was removed and Joseph Gregory of Norwalk was appointed in her place, page 80.

GREGORY, Jonathan, late of Norwalk, Dec. 5, 1732, Samuel and Elizabeth Gregory, children of decedent, acknowledged the receipt from Nehemiah Smith of Norwalk, their guardian, their full share of said estate. Witnesses Thomas Fayerweather and Thomas Fitch, page 104.

GREGORY, Samuel, late of Norwalk, Apl. 5, 1748, Thomas, a son of decedent, made choice of his mother Rebecka Gruman to be his guardian, page 331.

GREGORY, Samuel, late of Norwalk, June 7, 1748, estate distributed by Thomas Betts, Samuel Cluckston and John Belden, according to his will, to his widow, her part, and to Samuel Gruman, Thomas Gruman, Sarah, Rebeckah and Mary Gruman, page 344.
Apl. 4, 1749, that part of his estate set out to his widow, distributed by John Belden and Samuel Cluckston to Samuel Gruman, Thomas Gruman, Rebecca Gruman, and Mary Gruman, page 383.

HABBERN, Peter, of Stratford, Apl. 7, 1747, made choice of Captain David Judson of Stratford, to be his guardian, page 305.

HAYT, Benjamin, late of Danbury, Mch. 2, 1723/4, estate distributed by Samuel Knap and Isreal Curtis, to his widow Mary Hoit, and his children Nathaniel, Benjamin, Elizabeth Hoit, and Mary Hoit; Benjamin, a son of decedent, being also deceased, Feb. 6, 1726/7. his portion to his surviving brothers and sisters, page 88.
Mch. 3, 1729/30, John Hoyt, appointed guardian of Elizabeth Hoyt, a daughter of decedent, and Ebenezer Knap of Danbury appointed guardian of Mary Knap, another daughter of decedent, their former guardian now deceased, page 78.

HYAT, Joseph, late of Norwalk, Jan. 26, 1730/1, James Hayt, of Norwalk, appointed guardian of Joseph, a son of decedent, page 86.
