FAYERWEATHER, Benjamin, late of Fairfield, May 20, 1731, estate distributed by Richard Hubbell and John Wheeler to Thomas Fayerweather, Benjamin Fayerweather, John Fayerweather, and Joseph Fayerweather, page 102.

FAYERWEATHER,
Benjamin, late of Fairfield, Aug. 25, 1737, his son Joseph, conveyed his share to his brother John, and distribution agreement between John, Thomas, Benjamin, brothers of said Joseph, and his mother Sarah Fayerweather. Witnesses Richard Hubbell and John Wheeler, page 190.

FAYERWEATHER, Benjamin, late of Stratfield, Aug. 19, 1745, mentioned the devise to his wife Sarah, now deceased, for life, and remainder to his children, son Joseph also now deceased, leaving him only surviving one daughter Hannah Fayerweather, Abigail Fayerweather the guardian of said Hannah Fayerweather asked for an order of distribution, which was opposed by John, Thomas and Benjamin Fayerweather, order granted and an appeal taken. page 265.
Oct. 6, 1744, estate distributed by Joseph Booth, John Wheeler and David Sherman, Jr., to John Fayerweather, Thomas Fayerweather, Benjamin Fayerweather, and Hannah Fayerweather, a daughter of Joseph Fayerweather, deceased, page 279.

FAIRWEATHER, John, late of Fairfield, May 8, 1748, letters of administration on his estate granted to Anne Fairweather and Ezara Hawley, both of Fairfield, page 364.
July 4, 1749, time to file inventory extended, page 386.


FAYERWEATHER, Joseph, late of Stratford, Jan. 2, 1749.50, Ann Fairweather of Stratford, appointed guardian of John, a son of decedent, page 397.
