FAIRCHILD, Joseph, late of Stratford, Apl. 14, 1724, Katherine Fairchild of Stratford, a daughter of decedent sold to her brother Timothy Fairchild all her rights, title and interest in the estate of her father; and Joanna Fairchild of Stratford, a daughter of decedent, sold to her brother Joseph Fairchild of Stratford all her right, title and interest in the estate of her father. Dec. 4, 1727, John Fairchild of Stratford, guardian of his brother Thomas Fairchild, acknowledged the receipt of his ward's portion of the estate of his father Joseph Fairchild. Witnesses Joseph Curtiss and Thomas Lak, page 26.
