CURTISS,
John, late of Stratford, Feb. 28, 1745/6, his widow, Rebeckah Curtiss mentioned that James Beach, Margerit Curtiss, Samuel Fairchild of Stratford, and Joseph Coe of Middletown ratified the devise to her in the will of her said husband, and therefore she released them from all claims, page 314.
Feb. 21, 1746, Theophilus Nickols, Joseph Booth and Daniel Hawley, appointed to set out the part of his widow Rebecca Curtiss, page 295.

CURTISS, Joseph, late of Stratford, Mch. 6, 1741/2, Robert, a son and Tabitha Curtis, a daughter of decedent, Made choice of Ephraim Curtiss of Stratford to be their guardian: Gideon, another son of decedent, made choice of Elizabeth Curtiss of Stratford to be his guardian, who was also appointed guardian of Bethiah Curtiss, another daughter of decedent, page 241.

CURTISS, Joseph, Jr., late of Stratford, Mch. 25, 1742, estate distributed by Daniel Hawley and Daniel Porter, both of Stratford, according to his will, to his widow her part, to Elizabeth Curtiss, Tabitha Curtiss, Bethia Curtiss, James Curtiss, Joseph Curtiss, Gideon Curtiss and Robert Curtiss, page 247.

CURTISS, Josiah, late of Danbury, Jan. 4, 1741/2, letters of administration on his estate granted to David Hoit of Danbury, page 240.
Aug. 26, 1742, his widow Hannah Curtiss, appointed guardian of Seth and Hannah Curtiss, children of decedent, and David Hoit of Danbury went on the bond, page 241.

CURTISS, Josiah, late of Stratford, Nov. 20, 1745, letters of administration with the will annexed granted to Abraham Curtiss of Stratford, page 293.

CURTISS, Mitchel, May 5, 1746, the court appointed Richard Salmon of Stratford to be his guardian, page 297.

CURTISS, Patience, of Stratford, June 8, 1727, made choice of Joseph Curtiss of Stratford to be her guardian, page 17.
