Jonathan, late of Fairfield, Feb. 24, 1726/7, Isreal Chauncy of Fairfield, son of Rev. Charles Chauncy, late of Stratfield, deceased, who married one of the Sisters of Jonathan Burr, late of Fairfield, deceased, Thomas Hill, in right of his wife Mary, who was a daughter of Jonathan Burr, late of Fairfield, deceased, and Andrew Burr, a son of said John burr, deceased, who was a brother of said Jonathan burr, deceased, petitioned the court for the distribution of the estate of said Jonathan Burr, deceased. Petition denied and an appeal taken, page 9.

BURR, Mary, late of Fairfield, Feb. 20, 1748/9, estate distributed by Joseph Wakeman and Samuel Sturgis to Rebecca wife of Robert Turney, Mary wife of Nathan Adams, John Burr and David Burr, page 401.

BURR, Peter, Major, late of Fairfield, no date, estate distributed by John Burr and Moses Dimon to Thaddeus Burr, Gershom Burr, Ephraim Burr for his wife's portion in moveables and in lands, and Eunice, page 11.

BURR, Peter, Sept. 5, 1727, appointed guardian of his brother Aaron Burr, page 21.

BURR, Peter, late of Fairfield, June 21, 1727, Eunice Burr of Fairfield, a daughter, of decedent, acknowledged the receipt from her guardian, Ephraim Burr, her brother in law, all her share in the aforesaid estate of her father. Witnesses Thaddeus Burr and Isaac Jennings, Jr., page 75.

BURR, Samuel, late of Charlestown, Apl. 6, 1721, John Discwell consented that Elizabeth Burr, executrix of her late husband's estate said Samuel Burr, deceased, sell certain real estate in Fairfield. Witnesses John Barret and Joseph Goldthwait, page 18.
