BURR, Gershom, late of Fairfield, Feb. 15, 1747, inventory filed, and Sarah Hanford, only child of Ann Burr, late widow of decedent, applied for an order of distribution; estate ordered distributed, by Samuel burr, James Smedley and Nathaniel Burr, Viz: 1.2 of the moveables to legal representatives of Ann Burr, deceased, widow of said decedent: 1/3 of the remaining 1/2 of the moveables and 1/3 of the real estate to Abigail wife of Ephraim Burr: and 1/3 of the remaining 1/2 of the moveables and 1/3 of the real estate to Eunice wife of Benjamin Winekoop, page 325. BURR, Hannah, late of Fairfield, Apl. 28, 1743, some of the real estate formerly belonging to her now descends to Abigail, Jabez, Daniel, Hester, Stephen, Philip, and Elizabeth Bradley, Children of Daniel Bradley of Fairfield, and the court appointed said Daniel Bradley guardian of his aforesaid children, page 255.
