HAZARD, Samuel, and Hannah HAZARD, his wife, both of Stamford, Nov. 23, 1753, acknowledged the receipt from Samuel Whiting of Stratford, guardian of said Anah, of her portion of her estate, which he had. witnesses Theophilus Nicholls and Elnathan Wheeler, page 88.


HAZARD, Samuel, late of Stratford, Mch. 10, 1756, letters of administration on his estate granted to Isaiah Brown and Agur Tomlinson, page 382.


HAZARD, Samuel, late of Stratford, inventory taken Jan. 13, 1757, by Daniel Porter and Henry Curtiss verified by Agur Tomlinson, administrator, and filed Mch. 1, 1757, page 507.


HEATON, Samuel, late of____, Apl.. 26, 1736, estate settled, our uncle Jonathan Tyler, and our mother Agness Heaton, administrators, said Jonathan Tyler resigned Feb. 9, 1737/8, in favor of our present father in law Peter Benedict. We being no of lawful age, Jan. 23, 1755, confirm the distribution of said estate to us. Signed Samuel Heaton and Sarah Heaton. Witnesses David Gregory and Abigail Swain, page 21.


HECOCK, Seth, of Stratford, Feb. 27, 1756, made choice of John Hecock of Stratford to be his guardian, page 432.

HIGGENS, Abraham, late of Fairfield, will dated Jan. 14, 1744, probated Apl. 19, 1757, mentioned his wife Sarah, and children Mary, Samuel, Martha, and Abraham, legacy to the Church of Christ in Fairfield, Executors his sons Samuel and Abraham. Witnesses Nathaniel Hebbard, Stephen Godfree and Solomon Couch, page 519.
