ROSSOQUIE, Alexander, formerly of Ridgefield, and late of Norwalk, will dated Oct. 3, 1752, probated Dec. 19, 1752, mentioned his wife Sarah, and chldren Alexander, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Executors his wife Sarah and son Alexander. Witnesses Samuel Olmstead, Ezra Hicock, and Thaddeus Mead, page 452.


ROCKWELL, Joseph, late of Wilton in Norwalk, will dated May 18, 1748, probated Mch. 6, 1749/50, mentioned his children Joseph, Sarah Rockwell, Lidin Rockwell, and Phebe Rockwell. Executors Nathan Betts and Daniel Trowbridge. Witnesses Elizabeth Whelpley, Elizabeth Keeler, and David Whelpley and James Olmsted, and filed Mch. 6, 1749/50, page 97. Oct. 2, 1750, estate distributed by David Whelpley and James Olmsted, to his son Joseph, a minor and daughters Sarah, Lydia and Phebe, a minor, page 187.
