NICKOLLS, Moses, of Fairfield, Apl. 23, 1753, made choice of Stephen Wakeman, Jr., of Fairfield to be his guardian, page 500.


NOGULER, Anthony, late of Fairfield, June 11, 1741, Thomas Hill of Fairfield, on of his executors, received from Peter Tharp of Fairfield the amount owed the estate in full, page 291. May 11, 1744, Thomas Clap, Rector of Yale College, acknowledged the receipt from Thomas Hill and Andrew Burr, only surviving executors of said estate, the legacy bequeathed by said will, page 304. May 28, 1744, same receipt from the French Church in Boston by Stephen Boutineau, elder and clerk, also receipts from other legatees, pages 304 and 306.


ODGEN, Bethuel. of Fairfield, May 11, 1752, the court appointed Joseph Down of Fairfield to be guardian of said Bethuel Ogden, page 268.


ODGEN, Edmond, late of Fairfield, will dated Apl. 21, 1751, probated May 6, 1751, mentioned his children, Eunice, Jesse, Moses and Bethuel. Executors my brother Umphrey Odgen and David Browns. Witnesses Samuel Throe, Jr., Daniel smith, and John Drow, page 206. Inventory taken May 8, 1751, by Moses Dimon and Gershom Banks, and filed July 2, 1751, page 207. Apl.. 30, 1752, estate distributed by Moses Dimon, Joseph Bradley Jr., and Gershom Banks, to Eunice wife of Oliver Whitlock, Jesse, eldest son, Moses, 2nd son and Bethuel, 3rd son, page 322.


ODGEN, Jesse, of Fairfield, Mch 6, 1752, made choice of Nathan Meris, Jr., of Fairfield to be his guardian, page 266.
