HOYT, James, Feb. 20, 1732/3, acknowledged the receipt from Hannah Seymore (my wife's mother and Guardian), my wife's share of her father's estate, page 320.


HUBBELL, David, late of Fairfield, July 31, 1753, letters of administration on his estate granted to Samuel Hubbell of Fairfield, page 500.


HUBBEL, Eabon, late of Stratford, bound on a voyage to sea, will dated Jan. 17, 1751, probated Jan. 9, 1753, mentioned his wife Mary and legacy to my niece Isaac, son of Captain Ezra Hubble (no in original). Executors Captain Ezra Hubbel and Ezra Hawley. Witnesses David Brooks, Eliphalet Curtiss and Ezra Hubbell, page 480. Inventory taken Feb. 17, 1753, by Theophilus Nichols and Robert Fairchild, and filed Mch. 8, 1753, page 507.


HUBBEL, Josiah, late of Stratford, will dated July 12, 1752, probated Sept. 1, 1752, mentioned his wife Martha, and children Elizabeth Willcoxson, Abiah Curtiss, Hannah Brinsmaid, Samuel, Ebenezer, John, Josiah, and Martha Hubbel. Executors his wife Martha and son Samuel. Witnesses Theophilus Nickolls, William Patterson, and Agur Tomilson, page 341. Inventory taken Oct. 29, 1752, by Benjamin Lewis and William Patterson, and filed Nov. 7, 1752, page 343.

HULL, David, of Fairfield, Mch. 24, 1763, made choice of Thaddeus Burr of Fairfield to be his guardian, page 541.
