Executor my brother William Burr of Stratfield. Witnesses Thaddeus Burr, Abigail Burr and Elizabeth Burr, page 416. Inventory taken Dec. 10, 1752, by Joseph Booth and Samuel Odell, and filed Dec. 19, 1752, page 419. Apl. 6, 1753, estate ordered distributed by Theophilus Nickolls, Joseph Booth and Samuel Odell, to his widow Catherine Burr, to John Burr, eldest son, Catherine Wilson, Elizabeth Burr, Mary Burr, Abigail Burr, Justus Burr, Wakeman Burr, and Ozias Burr, and filed May 1, 1753, page 492.


BURR, John, late of Fairfield, will dated Apl. 26, 1750, probated June 18, 1750, mentioned his wife Elizabeth, and his marriage covenant with her dated Mch. 29, 1727, and her daughter Mary, children of testator, John, William, Joseph, Abigail Hubbell, and Mary Smedly, grandson Ebenezer Dimon, a minor son of my daughter Mary, grandsons William Dimon and David Dimon, both minors. Executors his sons John and William. Witnesses Lyman Hall, Richard Hubbell and Benjamin Hubbell, Jr., page 122.
