BURR, Gershom, late of Fairfield, Jan. 27, 1748/9, received from Thaddeus Burr, Ephraim Burr, and Benjamin Wynokoop, administrators of said estate, part of which was set out in the distribution of said estate to the legal representatives of Ann burr, widow of said decent. Signed John Allen, administrator of the estate of said Ann Burr, deceased, page 662. Apl. 25, 1755, also receipt from Ebenezer Wakeman, page 562.


BURR, John, late of Stratfield, inventory taken Dec. 18, 1750, by David Sherman, Jr., Samuel Odell, and Joseph booth, verified by John Burr and William Burr, executors, and filed Jan. 14, 1750/1, page 163. Feb. 1, 1750/1, estate ordered distributed by Joseph Booth, David Sherman, Jr., and Samuel Odell, all of Stratfield, according to his will, and estate distributed Feb. 5, 1750/1, to his children Captain John and William, page 193. Feb. 17, 1752, Ebenezer Dimon, formerly of Fairfield, and late of New Haven, acknowledged the receipt from John Burr and William Burr, executors of said estate, the legacy bequeathed to me by the will of said testator. Witnesses Joseph Patterson and Daniel Hubbell, page 450. Aug. 22, 1751, receipt from Elizabeth Burr, his widow, for her portion of said estate. Witnesses Timothy Wheeler and Samuel Burr, page 450.
