Owed property in Stratford, Darby and Waterbury. Executors his wife Deborah and son Daniel. Witnesses Enoch Davis, William Burton and Samuel Adams, page 37. Inventory taken Dec. 30, 1748, by Sarah Adams and James Beard of property in Stratford, on June 23, 1750, by Samuel Basset and Samuel Hull of property in Darby, and on May 29, 1749, by Isaac Brownson and James Porter of property in Waterbury. page 139.


BENNITT, Samuel, of Fairfield, June 5, 1750, made choice of Phillip Bennitt to be his guardian, page 118.


BETTS, Matthew, late of Norwalk, Oct. 2, 1750, letters of administration on his estate granted to Abigail Betts and Matthew Betts, both of Norwalk, page 135. Inventory taken Nov. 30, 1750, by Thomas Betts, Joseph Platt and Daniel Kellog, and filed Apl. 2, 1751, page 168. May 3, 1751, receipts from Daniel Seymore and Mary his wife, of Norwalk, for their portion of said estate. Witnesses Thomas Betts and Joseph Platt, page 101.
