TITHARTON, Samuel, late of Stratford, June 5, 1722, distribution agreement dated, between widow Hannah, and children Abigail Titharton and Comfort Latin (?), and filed June 7, 1722, page 136b.


TORR, Richard, late of Fairfield, inventory taken Mch. 21, 1722.4, by Samuel Rowland and Samuel Burr, page 205.


TREDWELL, John, late of Stratfield, inventory taken by James Bennet, Sr., and Joseph Booth, and filed May 2, 1716, mentioned his children Benjamin, b. Jan, 14, 1700; Abigail, b. Oct 7, 1702; John, b. June 7, 1705; Hezekiah, b. Nov. 3, 1706; Ephraim, b. July 4, 1710: and Jabez, b. Nov. 4, 1715, page 57.

Feb. 1, 1715/6, Deacon Thomas Hawley and Johannah Hawley of Stratfield, being duly sworn testified that they were at the dwelling house of decedent sometime last spring, and decedent desired them to take notice that he declared in their presence that his wife was to have twenty-five pounds besides her dower, page 57. May 2, 1716, account filed by his widow Abigail Tredwell and Deacon Thomas Hawley, administrators, and estate ordered distributed to his widow and sic children aforesaid, page 57.

Oct 30, 1721, account filed by Abigail Tredwell and Thomas Hawley, administrators, and estate ordered distributed by Lieut. James Bennet and Joseph Booth, to his widow___, and children Adoniram, John, Hezekiah, Ephraim, Jabez, and Abigail Tredwell, page 123. Oct 30, 1721, the court appointed Thomas Hawley of Stratfield, guardian of Ephraim and Jabez, children of decedent, page 123. Dec. 29, 1721, John and Elizabeth children of decedent made choice of Joseph Booth of Stratfield to be their guardian, page 123.
