SQUIRE, Joseph, late of Fairfield, will dated May 27, 1720, probated July 5, 1720, mentioned his wife Sarah, and children Joseph and Abigail. Executor his brother Samuel Squire and Sergeant Daniel Morehouse. Witnesses Samuel Murwin, Joseph Hill and Benjamin Lyon, page 90. Codicil dated June 20, 1720, page 90a. Inventory taken July 7, 1720, by Gideon Allen and Gershom Bulkley, and filed Nov. 25, 1720, page 90b.


SQUIRE, Samuel, late of Fairfield, July 22, 1720, received of Daniel Morehouse of Fairfield, executor of the will of my brother Joseph Squire, late of Fairfield, deceased, as guardian of my sister Deborah Squire, the legacy left her by our honoured father Samuel Squire, deceased. Samuel Squire, guardian, page 3b. Mch. 25, 1721, Samuel Squire, as guardian of his sister Rebeckah Squire, acknowledged the receipt of her full share of the legacy her my our honoured father Samuel Squire, late of Fairfield, deceased, which my brother said Joseph Squire was obliged to pay, page 44a.


STARR, Josiah, late of Danbury, inventory taken Feb. 2, 1715.6, page 50. Feb. 3, 1715/6, account filed by Rebeckah Starr and Thomas Starr, administrators, and estate ordered distributed to his widow Rebeckah Starr, and six sons and two daughters, no names, page 50.
