LYON, Samuel, late of Fairfield, will dated July 17, 1732, probated 1st Tuesday of Nov. 1733, mentioned his wife Susan, and children John, Samuel, James, Ephraim, Margery, Abigail, Ann, and Jemima. Executors his sons John and Samuel. Witnesses James Davis, Sarah Burr, and Jehu Burr, page 230.


MALLERY, Peter, late of Stratford, will dated Nov. 18, 1720, probated Dec. 6, 1720, mentioned his wife Abigail, and children Zacoheus, Peter, Caleb of New Haven, Benjamin Steven, Ebeneazer, Elizabeth wife of George Welton, Jude Wife of Jeremiah Canfield, Abigail, Arce, and Zeprah, and grandchildren, no names. Executors his wife Abigail and son Zacoheus. Witnesses Charles Lane, Jonathan Blackman, and Thomas Sherwood, page 91. Inventory taken Dec. 6, 1720, by Abraham Wooster and Joseph Blackman, and filed Dec. 1, 1720, page 91a, Apl. 20, 1721, Sippora Mallery, a daughter of decedent made choice of her brother Benjamin Mallery to be her guardian, page 123.
