JACKSON, Henry, late of Fairfield, Jan 13, 1718/19, letters of administration on his estate, not disposed of by the will of deceased, granted to John Jackson and Robert Jackson, page 53. Inventory taken Dec 7, 1720, of the estate not distributed of by his will, by James Bennet and Richard Hubbell, and filed Dec. 22, 1720, by his grandsons John Jackson and Robert Jackson, administrators, page 85. May 13, 1720, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to his sons Moses, Samuel, and Joseph, each 1/3, his son John now being deceased, page 85.


JACKSON, Samuel, late of Stratford, Feb. 3, 1720/1, upon the request of Ebeneazer Jackson, a son of decedent, letters of administration on the estate of deceased, not disposed of by his will, granted to said Ebeneazer Jackson, page 124. Inventory taken Mch. 2, 1720/1, of the estate not disposed of by his will, by James Bennet and John Jackson, and filed Mch. 2, 1720/1, page 124.


JENNINGS, Joshua, late of Fairfield, Feb. 13, 1717/18, estate distributed to his children Joshua, Moses, Mary burr, Hannah Sturgis, Abigail Jennings, and his widow Mary Jennings, Page 44. Jan. 14, 1716/17, Abigail Jennings, a daughter of decedent made choice of her brother in law, Peter Sturgies, to be her guardian, page 44a.


JENNINGS, Samuel, late of Fairfield, will dated Jan. 23, 1728/9, probated Dec. 7, 1732, mentioned his wife Mary, and children of Michael, a deceased son, son Samuel, son in law Daniel Lyon, Son Nathan, daughter Sarah Lyon, daughter Eunice Jennings, and father Joshua Jennings. Executor his nephew Joseph Jennings. Witnesses Samuel Cooke, Elizabeth Cooke, and Jemina St. John, Page 181. Codicil dated Nov. 20, 1732, changed devise to his daughter Eunice Jennings, and appointed his sons Samuel and Nathan, executors, page 180.(continued on page 263).
