Mch. 21, 1716/17, account filed and estate ordered distributed to Lieut. James Bennit and Alexander Fairchild according to her will, page 17.

HARGER, Abraham, late of Stratford, Oct. 23, 1721, letters of administration on his estate granted to Lieut. John Riggs, of Darbee, page 110a. Nov. 8, 1720, inventory taken by Jonas Wooster and Isaac Trowbridge, and filed Feb. 28, 1721, page 110. Feb. 28, 1720/1, Abigail, a daughter of decedent, made choice of her uncle, Lieut. John Riggs to be her guardian; and the court appointed Ebeneazer Harger guardian of Hannah and Edward, other children of decedent; and also appointed Jonas Wooster of Stratford guardian of Sarah, another daughter of decedent, page 110. Nov. 7, 1727, Timothy Wooster of Darby, who married Abigail, a daughter of decedent, acknowledged the receipt of his wife's full share, page 110a.
