CHAUNCEY, Charles, Rev., late of Stratford, Jan. 8, 1716, and May 5, 1716, receipts for legacies from Lieut, Richard Hubell, administrator, by Richard Miles, Elizabeth Miles, Samuel Cook guardian of Abiah and Ichabod Walcott, Isreal Chancy, John Chancy, and Samuel Cook on behalf of three minor children, page 74. Apl. 29, 1718, Lieut, Richard Hubbell, administrator, and Richard Miles of New Haven in right of his wife Elizabeth, who was the widow of said decedent, applied for an order of distribution, and estate ordered distributed by Joseph Curtiss, John Moss and John Leavenworth, according to his will, page 62.

CHURCHER, Robert, late of Fairfield, will dated Nov. 3, 1733, probated Jan. 8, 1733/4, mentioned his children Nehemiah, Robert, Eleanor Sherwood, Sarah Churcher, and Patience Oisterbank. Executors his son Robert Churcher and Captain Gershom Bulkley. Witnesses Joshua Jennings, Joseph Wakeman, and Daniel Chapman, page 258.


CLAPHAM, Peter, late of Fairfield, Jan. 1? 1716, letters of administration on his estate granted to his brother in law Thomas Murvin, page 53.


CLARK, Daniel, late of Stratford, son of John Clark of Stratford, Dec. 15, 1720, letters of administration on his estate granted to Isaac Clark and John Porter, both of Stratford, page 102.
