Nov. 17, 1710, account filed, page 173a. Distribution agreements dated Aug. 26, 1710, and Nov. 3, 1710, between his widow Sarah Slason, John Sloson, Jonathan Sloson and Nathaniel Pond, and Sarah widow of Ebeneazer Bishop, all of Stamford, brothers and sisters of decedent. Witnesses Elisha Holly, Abraham Weed and Thomas Turney and John Webster, pages 173a and 173b.

Inventory taken Jan. 16, 1711/12, by Elisha Holly and Daniel Scofield, verified by Joseph Mead and Joseph Ferris, both of Greenwich, and Ebeneazer Smith of Stamford, as to that part of said inventory in their hands belonging to the estate of their father Smith, and filed Feb. 6, 1711/2, page 211.
