SEELY, Nathaniel, Lieut., late of Stratfield, July 3, 1704, question between his heirs on account of lands belonging to their grandfather Captain Seely, deceased, and not distributed, and the court appointed Lieut. James Benit, Sergeant Samuel Squire, and

Ezekiell Sanford to distribute the undivided lands of Captain Seely, and finish the distribution of the estate of Lieut. Seely, page 11.


SEGAR, John, and Grace Bedient, daughter of Mrs. Mary Bedient of Fairfield, were Married Apl. 15, 1713, page 397.


SELLECK (SILLECK), David, late of Stamford, Sep. 1707, letters of administration on his estate granted to John Holly and Jonathan Bates, both of Stamford, page 133.

Inventory taken Sept. 17, 1707 by Elisha Holly and Stephen Bishop, mentioned a sea chest, ect. in the hands of Nathaniel Selleck, and share in his father's estate, subject to the widow's dower, and filed Sept. 26, 1707, page 133.


SELLECK (SELLICK), John, Captain, late of Stamford, inventory taken Mch. 5, 1699/00, by Samuel Hait and David Waterbury, mentioned his widow Sarah, and children Nathaniel, John, Sarah, Susannah, and Johannah, verified by his brother Jonathan Sellick, and filed May 15, 1700, pages 15a and 15b.

May 15,1700, account filed and estate ordered distributed by Samuel Hait and David Waterbury to his widow and children aforesaid, page 15d.

Feb. 11, 1703/4, estate distributed to his widow Sarah, and children, Nathaniel, John, John Potter on behalf of his wife (Sarah), Johannah, and Susannah, page 23.

Oct. 9, 1707, appeal taken by John Holly and Jonathan Bates of Stamford to Court of Assistants in the matter of the settlement of their father's estate, page 133.


SELLECK (SELLICK), John, Jr., late of Stamford, will dated Nov. 11, 1704, probated Mch. 14, 1706/7, all to his brother Nathaniel, mentioned his sisters Susannah, Wife of John Holly, and Johannah wife of Jonathan Bates, and Jack a Negro servent of his mother's. Executor brother Nathaniel Selleck. Witnesses (continued page 214).
