JACKSON, Samuel, late of Fairfield, Jan. 5, 1714/5, Jonathan a son of decedent, made choice of Sergeant John Odell to be his guardian, and Ebenezer, another son of decedent, made choice of Henry Jackson to be his guardian, page 372.

JAGGER, Jeremiah, Jr., late of Stamford, died in 1706, and on Dec. 13, 1706, letters of administration on his estate granted to Benjamin Hait, Jr., and John Webster, page 92

Inventory taken Dec. 15, 1705, by Jonathan Sellick, Jr., and Daniel Scofield, and filed Dec. 13, 1705, page 92.

Distribution agreement dated Jan. 24, 1706/7, between his three sisters, viz: Sarah, wife of John Webster, Elizabeth wife of Benjamin Haight,Jr., and Mary wife of Samuel Hait, Jr., all of Stamford, who were his only heirs at law and next of kin in equal degree. Witnesses Jonathan Sellick, Jr., and Abigail Sillick, page 92a.

JENNINGS, Joshua, Sr., late of Fairfield, July 31, 1716, letters of administration on his estate granted to his son Joshua Jennings and his widow Hannah Jennings, page 366.

Inventory taken Aug. 27, 1716, by Moses Dimon and Thomas Nash had land at Maximus Farms, land xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx east side of Saco [Sace?] River, which was formerly Samuel Jennings, land at Turkey Hill, part of Long Lot that was his mother's, and filed Aug. 29, 1716, page 343.

JOHNSON, George, late of Stratford, May 4, 1715, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Hannah Johnson and Thomas Levensworth, pages 310a and 371 [311?].

May 4, 1715, account filed, and estate ordered distributed by Ephraim Curtiss and Edmond Lewiss to his widow Hannah Johnson, and children, three sons, five daughters, no names, page 310a.

Feb. 2, 1715/6, John, a son of decedent, made choice of Thomas Levensworth to be his guardian and the. . . (continued on page 187).
