HEUSTED, Jonathan, Sergeant, of Greenwich, deed of gift dated July 19, 1705, to his wife Mary, all my property until my cousin Jonathan Jesup, now living with me, attains the age of 21 yrs., then half and half. Witnesses Samuel Peck and Robert Lockwood, page 84.

May 22, 1706, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Mary Husted, page 84a.

JACKSON, Joseph, late of Stratfield, Nov. 8, 1714, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Elisabeth Jackson and Sergeant John Odell, page 374.

Inventory taken Feb. 7, 1714/5, by John Odell and James Seely, and filed Mch. 8. 1714/5. page 299.

JACKSON, Joseph, late of Fairfield, see Volume 3, pages 65 and 66, in 1704, Francis Bradley acknowledged the receipt from Joseph Seely, administrator, of his wife's portion of said estate, who was a daughter of decedent, page 23 [25?].

JACKSON, Moses, Sr., late of Stratfield, will dated Mch. 7, 1710, probated Dec. 18, 1712, mentioned his wife, no name, daughter Rebeckah wife of D-aniel Beardsly and her children David Beardsly, Benjamin Beardsly, and Smith and her children Deborah Smith, Rebeckah Smith, Sarah Smith, and Hester Smith; and son Robert. Executor, son Robert. Witnesses Lieut. J-ames Bennitt, Sr., Elijah Crane, and John Jackson, page 233.

June 17, 1715, Deborah Smith acknowledged her share of said estate, page [blurry] 198a. [199?a]

JACKSON, Samuel, late of Stratfield, will dated Aug. 30, 1712, probated Dec. 1, 1714, mentioned his wife Phebe and daughters Hannah, Deborah, Rachell, and Abigail; sons have had their portion by deed of gift. Executrix his wife Phebe. Witnesses John Bagley and Daniel Adams, page 298 [293?].
