HULL, Nathaniel, late of Fairfield, Mch. 28, 1750, his widow, Elizabeth Hull, resigned as guardian of her children Ezekiel Hull, David Hull, Silas Hull and Hannah Hull, page 341.

Mch. 28, 1750, David Hull of Fairfield made choice of Lockwood Gorham of Fairfield to be his guardian; Ezekiel Hull made choice of Cornelius Hull to be his guardian; and the court appointed Silas Hull guardian of Stephen Hull and Hannah Hull, page 341.


HULL, Theophilus, Captain, late of Fairfield, will dated June 4, 1710, probated Aug. 2, 1710, mentioned his wife Mary, and children Mary, Ann, Theophilus, Eliphalet, John, Jabez, and cousin Sarah Seely that lived with me. Executrix, his wife Mary. Witnesses John Hide and John Smith, page 279.

Inventory taken Nov. 25, 1710, by Robert Silliman and Samuel Hull, and filed Dec. 6, 1710, page 179a.

Apl. 14, 1712, his widow, Mary Hull, being now deceased, the court appointed Sergeant Ezekiell Sanford and Thomas Sanford, administrators with the will annexed, page 179b.

Apl. 14, 1712, Theophilus, a son of decedent, made choice of Nathaniel Hait of Danbury to be his guardian; Ann, a daughter of decedent, made choice of Cornelius Hull to be her guardian; and the court appointed Nathaniel Hull guardian of Jabez; Samuel Hull guardian of Eliphalet; and Joseph Jackson guardian of John, other children of decedent, page 286. Nov. 8, 1714, the court appointed Ezekiell Sanford guardian of John, a son of decedent, page 375.


HUSTED, Angell, Sr., late of Greenwich, will dated Apl. 5, 1706, probated May 22, 1706, mentioned his wife Rebecka and children Jonathan, Joseph, Angell, Elizabeth Bauldwin, Moses, John, and Samuel. Executors son Samuel and son in law Jonathan Renolds. Witnesses Samuel Peck and Nathaniel Bowers page 85a.

Inventory taken Apl. 19, 1706, by Jonathan Renolds, Benjamin Hobby and Robert Lockwood, and filed May 22, 1706, page 85.
