HANFORD, Theophilus, late of Norwalk, July 2, 1705, having been for years out of the country is believed to be dead, and letters of administration on his estate granted to John Edwards, John Burr, and Joseph Platt, page 77.

Inventory taken June 29, 1705, by John Edwards, John Burr, and Joseph Platt, and filed July 2, 1705, page 77.

Dec. 12, 1705, account filed by John Edwards, and Joseph Platt, John Burr being now deceased, and estate ordered distributed by Samuel Betts and Joseph Cetcham, both of Norwalk, to his surviving brothers and sisters, Viz: Thomas Hanford, Eleazer Hanford, Samuel Hanford, Mary Edwards, Hannah Platt, Elizabeth Burr, Widow, and Sarah Hanford, those deceased were Elnathan Hanford and Unice wife of Gershom Bulkley, page 77.


HARVEY, Richard, late of Stratford, Dec. 25, 1705, letters of administration on his estate granted to John Hide, page 78.

HAWLEY, Lemuel, of Stratford, July 18, 1750, the court appointed Nathan Hawley of Stratford to be his guardian, page 358.


HAYES, Isaac, late of Norwalk, died Jan. 25, 1711/12, and on Feb. 6, 1711/12, letters of administration on his estate granted to his widow Elizabeth Hayes, page 216.

Inventory taken by Isaac Sherwood, Sr., John Belden, and John Copp, estate owed by John Hait, Jr., of Farmington, Thomas Wood, and John Galmiah, mentioned estate in reversion to return the heirs of the said deceased Isaac hays on the decease of his father and Mother, Viz: Samuel Hayes and Elizabeth Hayes, Viz: the west half of the home lot that deceased bought of George Abbott, also had land in Farmington; mentioned his widow Elizabeth, and children, no names, John Copp of Norwalk, attorney for the widow, and filed Feb. 6, 1711/12, page 215.
